SIEMdig – Social Inclusion and Emotional Maturity of the Youngest participants helped by Digitally Competent Teachers

Project Summary
SIEMdig supports primary school teachers by providing digital tools and resources that help them become more digitally competent and confident in the classroom. At the same time, it aims to foster empathy, tolerance, and social inclusion among young pupils (ages 6–9), empowering them to grow into emotionally mature and difference-tolerant citizens.

Main Objectives
- Support teachers in improving digital literacy and use of educational technologies.
- Encourage empathy and inclusion among pupils to combat social exclusion.
- Strengthen school – community links by raising awareness of children’s challenges and promoting inclusive values.

Role of Thales Foundation
Thales Foundation is the dissemination leader (P6) of the consortium. Our role is to:
- Develop and implement the dissemination and sustainability plan.
- Coordinate project communication through newsletters, press releases, social media, and events.
- Ensure visibility of SIEMdig outcomes at local, national, and EU levels.
- Organize the final transnational meeting in Cyprus (2025).
